Include click-through subscriptions; the confirmation email is the contract.

Copy the notice terms exactly
Record the period and how notice must be given. Notice sent the wrong way may not count.

Calendar the deadline with a review a few weeks before it.

Write down renew, renegotiate or cancel, and the date, before the deadline passes.
Frequently asked questions
Why track the notice deadline instead of the end date?
Because the end date is too late. A reminder on the end date fires after the window to cancel has closed.
Does the template work in Google Sheets?
Yes. In Google Sheets choose File, Import and upload the CSV. Excel and Numbers open it directly.
Why does the notice deadline show as a number?
Some spreadsheets show a calculated date as a serial number. Format the column as a date and it reads normally.
