Contracts and intake

Record contracts from the paperwork you already have

Upload the PDF or paste the confirmation email. Each field arrives as a proposal with its confidence and the sentence it came from, and nothing is saved until you accept.

Record the structure, not only the total

An agreement has three separate properties: the legal document, what it commits and how negotiated it was. Recording all three keeps the totals right.

  • Frameworks and commitments

A master services agreement sets terms and commits nothing. The statements of work beneath it carry the money.

  • Click-through terms count

A self-serve signup may leave only a confirmation email. Record it as a contract in its own right.

  • Ancillary paper

Keep the NDA, DPA and SLA with the vendor without letting them touch spend totals.

Built in

Check every field before it becomes a record

The extractor proposes values. A person decides what is true.

  • Confidence and source

See how sure the extractor was and the exact sentence it read for each proposed value.

  • Vendor matching

If the vendor already exists, the contract attaches to it instead of creating a near duplicate.

  • Works without the extractor

If extraction is unavailable, the item stays in the inbox and you can fill the fields by hand.

Outcomes

What changes when contracts are in one place

  • Terms stop hiding in inboxes

The email where procurement sent the terms becomes a record anyone with access can read.

  • Exit costs are known before you decide

Early termination charges and notice terms sit on the contract, next to its renewal date.

  • Totals stop double counting

Spend sums commitments only, so a master agreement and its statements of work are never added together.

Contract PDFs. For a confirmation or terms email, paste the text into the inbox instead.

Can I forward emails to an address?

Not yet. Paste the email text into the inbox; it goes through the same review as an upload.

What happens to the document text?

It is sent to the extraction model to propose field values when the item arrives, and again if you ask for a new proposal. The privacy policy names the provider.
