Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you, or the organization you are acting for, and [OPERATING ENTITY]. Using the site or the product means you accept them. If you are signing up on behalf of an organization, you are confirming that you may do so.

Vendor Squeezer is in early access and free to use during that period. Features appear, change, and occasionally disappear. There is no uptime commitment and no support response time. We may change the scope of early access or end it, and if it becomes a paid product you will be told before anything is charged, never after.

Accounts are created and secured through WorkOS. Keep your sign-in under your own control and tell us if you think it has been misused. Anyone you invite into your organization can see that organization's vendor, contract, and spend records according to their role, so invite deliberately.

You keep ownership of everything you enter, upload, or forward. We store and process it in order to run the service for you, and for nothing else. You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time; see the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload. Contracts often carry confidentiality terms of their own, and only you can know whether a particular document may be put into a tool. Do not upload material you are not permitted to, and do not upload anyone else's personal data beyond the business contact details a vendor record needs.

Vendor Squeezer organizes what you put into it. It shows your vendors, their contracts, when those renew, what notice is required, and what they cost. Where a fact is missing it shows the gap rather than a confident number, because a plausible wrong figure is worse than an admitted unknown.

It is not legal, financial, tax, or procurement advice, and it is not a system of record for your finance or procurement function. Nothing it displays is a substitute for reading the contract. Decisions about renewing, renegotiating, or exiting remain yours.

Where the product proposes a record from an uploaded document, a person confirms it before anything is created. Demo portfolios contain invented data and are labelled as such; do not treat demo figures as real.

Do not attempt to reach another organization's data, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it in bulk, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated access on your own organization's behalf is fine; automated access on someone else's is not.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any figure it displays is complete, because the completeness of your overview depends on what has been put into it.

To the maximum extent permitted under [GOVERNING LAW], we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or savings, or for a commercial decision made using the product. Because early access is free, our total liability is capped at [LIABILITY CAP]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using the product at any time and ask for your data to be exported and deleted. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if the service itself is discontinued, and in the latter case we will give reasonable notice and time to export.

When these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email. Continuing to use the product after that means accepting the revised terms.

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW], with disputes heard in [COURTS OF JURISDICTION]. Both are settled together with the operating entity and filled in here at that point.
