We build the vendor overview we wished we had
Leaders who own a budget answer for vendors they cannot see. The contracts sit with procurement, finance and other people's inboxes. We are building the view that fixes that.

Why
Start from the leader, not the department
Most vendor management software is built for procurement teams. It assumes a procurement function owns the data and lives in the tool every day.
The person who answers for the spend is often somebody else: a founder, a division director, a functional head. Today they email procurement, search their own inbox and find contracts in random folders.
Vendor Squeezer is their register. It sits beside the systems finance and procurement already run, and it works with no connection to them.
Principles
Hold the product to four rules
Show a gap as a gap
A missing value is shown as not recorded, never as a zero. A product about trustworthy numbers cannot invent them.
Let people decide
Extraction proposes and agents propose. A person accepts before anything consequential changes.
Charge the person who gets the value
Budget owners pay. The colleagues who keep their records straight never do.
Claim only what is true
No invented customers, quotes or savings on this site. Placeholders stay placeholders until the real thing exists.
